Asset Management Field Description:The UnitRate and CRC describe the current replacement cost based upon a unit rate appropriate for the type of asset. These fields will be maintained by the Asset Management Team and will be updated upon review of the Unit rate. The ServiceLifeRemaining field is a calculated field based on the ServiceLife and Age of the feature which provides the percentage of the expected service life that remains. Additionally, the ConditionAge field is also calculated field based on the ServiceLifeRemaining field that calculates a score describing its condition of 1 to 5 (1 being the best condition, 5 being the most poor condition) based upon its remaining service life. Both of these fields are maintained by the Asset Management Team and are updated annually资产管理字段说明：单价（UnitRate）与CRC字段基于适配资产类型的单位费率，用于表征对应资产的当前重置成本，此类字段由资产管理团队负责维护，并将在完成单价审核后完成更新。剩余使用寿命（ServiceLifeRemaining）为计算字段，基于对应要素的使用寿命（ServiceLife）与已使用时长，计算得出剩余预期使用寿命占总预期使用寿命的百分比；此外，状态评分（ConditionAge）同样为计算字段，基于剩余使用寿命（ServiceLifeRemaining）字段，根据资产的剩余使用寿命计算得到取值区间为1至5的状态评分（1代表状态最佳，5代表状态最差），上述两类计算字段均由资产管理团队负责维护，并按年度完成更新。
