Microextraction of tigecycline from milk samples using deep eutectic solvents

The data shows figures for the influence studies of the different parameters on the liquid-liquid microextraction (LLME) process of tigecycline (TGC) from milk samples using hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents (DES): thymol:decanoic acid, camphor:thymol, menthol:dodecanoic acid, dodecanol:dodecanoic acid. The data presents the analytical parameters of the elaborated microextraction procedure coupled with liquid chromatographic technique connected with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for determination of tigecycline in the milk.
