Study of microbial diversity on tomato rhizosphere in different soils

At a large scale, 8 different types of soil from various regions were used to cultivate tomatoes (Zhongshu No. 4), and the tomatoes were subjected to pathogen infection. The treatments were divided into a blank group without tomato cultivation (Bulk-mock), a group without tomato pathogen infection (Bulk-Rs), a control group with tomato cultivation (R-mock) and a group with tomato pathogen infection (R-Rs). The 16s rRNA of bacterial and ITS gene of fungal were measured respectively.
