This study employs single-cell RNAseq (10X Genomics platform) to determine the transcriptional effects of ATV:4D9 treatment on primary mouse microglia in a longitudinal study. Overall design: Single dose of 10 mg/kg ATV:4D9 or 10 mg/kg ATV:RSV (control) treatments in hTfR knock-in animals were sacrificed at day 1, day 7, day 14 and day 28 post-dose for ex vivo analysis.
