This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in the paraspinal muscles of a female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat scoliosis model. The scoliosis model was established with the left side as the convex side and the right side as the concave side. Muscle samples were collected from both sides of the same rat for RNA sequencing.ML group: Paraspinal muscle from the convex (left) side of the scoliosis model.MR group: Paraspinal muscle from the concave (right) side of the scoliosis model.Ctr group: Paraspinal muscle from the sham-operated control group.Each ML and MR sample pair was derived from the same rat, ensuring direct within-subject comparison of muscle transcriptomic differences between the convex and concave sides.These data provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying scoliosis-related muscle adaptation.
