Data for “FILM: Mapping Organellar Metabolism by Mid-Infrared Photothermal Modulated Fluorescence”

Compared with traditional fluorescence microscopy, FILM provides an additional dimension of chemical spectroscopy through a decoupled IR photothermal bridge, enabling organelle-resolved metabolic profiling directly in living cells and organisms.The raw and SPEND-denoised hyperspectral data for the FILM paper are provided. The ZIP file contains thirteen subfolders, inculding image data organized by experiment, origin files and calibration code.
