Data from article: "Drivers of depth-mediated shifts in methanogen and methanotroph communities among tropical Andean mountain peatlands"

There are two spreadsheets with data. The spreadsheet "1.ASV_Table" contains all the information about ASV data together with Taxonomical ind Functional information associated with each ASV read. The spreadsheet "2.Env_Table" contains all the information about the environmental data used in the manuscript. After these data spreadsheets there is a spreadsheet with the associated metadata, where a description of all the variables and units can be found.
