Dataset for Climate warming and heatwaves accelerate global lake deoxygenation

The dataset includes historical DO estimations and future DO projections. Each Excel or CSV file contains lake attribute information and annual DO results. Lake attribute information includes Hylak_id, Lake_name, Continent, Lake_type, Lake_area, Shore_len, Shore_dev, Vol_total, Depth_avg, Res_time, Elevation, Longitude, Latitude, and more. The lake attribute information was sourced from HydroLAKES (https://www.hydrosheds.org/). The historical estimations and future projections of DO were completed in Google Earth Engine (GEE), and the code can be found at: https://github.com/YiboNiglas/Machine_learning_DO.git.
