Osmotaxis in E. coli through changes in motor speed - 3 minute recordings for long term CW Bias characterization

3 minute recordings of (single cell) single motor rotation in Volume Recovery Buffer (VRB) and VRB supplemented with 200 mM sucrose. These measurements were used to construct Figure 2 B and C of the paper "Osmotaxis in E. coli through changes in motor speed" (in press). Additional values for Fig. 2 B and C were taken from the 'Osmotic shock' dataset, also in this repository. The data are raw (X,Y) voltages from the position sensitive detector as decribed in the Methods section of the paper.
