Structural Genomics Pipeline for 39 protein targets from UPEC strain UTI-89 and 57 protein targets from Rickettsia parkeri

Protein targets from Uropathogenic E. coli (UPEC) strain UTI-89 structural genomics pipeline listing Uniprot Accession number, expressed protein (or protein fragment) and success in recombinant protein expression and solubility testing. All total 39 E. coli proteins were attempted with 79 distinct constructs for expression in E. coli. 10 soluble proteins were obtained from this analysis. 57 R. parkeri targets were attempted with 80 constructs and 44 were soluble. This dataset is paired with a Current Protocols paper (https://doi.org/10.1002/cpz1.70188) on high throughput method to test expression and solubility of proteins using synthetic plasmids as a starting point.
