To uncover the potential mechanism of OTUB1 in regulating osteogenesis, we performed RNA-seq using osteoblast cells from cranial bones of Otub1+/+ (referred as WT) and Otub1-/- (referred to as KO) mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 pairs OTUB1 WT and KO osteoblast cells.
