Interferon gene expression signature in time course microarray experiment in WT, SOCS1 and IFNg genotypes of mice

This collection contains annotation, ontology, orthologue sequences and gene expression data. The datasets related of IFNα regulated gene expression in the thymus of WT, SOCS1-/- IFNg-/- and IFNg-/- mice. Stimulation injections given in intraperitoneal in time course:
0hr – PBS,
3hr – IFNα 1000 Iu/ml diluted in PBS,
6hr – IFNα 1000 Iu/ml diluted in PBS.
Each sample performed in triplicate. The data was collected in October 2010. Slides were processed by Agilent single colour mouse array 4x44 and the image analyses were done by Agilent technology. Data analysis and normalisation was performed using the Genespring and BASE software. Gene lists that demonstrated 2-fold or more differential expression were stored within the Interferome database and can be accessed at http://www.interferome.org/.
