针对瓶口组合阀高集成、轻量化、低泄漏的技术要求以及电磁阀、限流阀、TPRD、减压阀等多组件的协同匹配、组合控制难题,本数据来源于70MPa瓶口组合阀结构设计及各功能组件性能匹配计算研制过程,主要包括70MPa高集成瓶口组合阀三维模型、阀体壁厚计算、阀体强度校核计算、TPRD泄放量计算、TRPD密封力计算、电磁阀密封力计算等结构设计数据以及供氢工况、充氢工况及泄放工况下阀体内部流道流场仿真计算数据等。数据集文件量约为83 KB。

In response to the technical requirements of high integration, lightweight design and low leakage for the bottle mouth combined valve, as well as the challenges in collaborative matching and combined control of multiple components including solenoid valves, flow restrictors, TPRD and pressure reducing valves, this dataset is derived from the research and development process of structural design and performance matching calculation for the 70MPa bottle mouth combined valve and its various functional components. It primarily includes structural design data such as the 3D model of the 70MPa highly integrated bottle mouth combined valve, valve body wall thickness calculation, valve body strength verification calculation, TPRD discharge capacity calculation, TRPD sealing force calculation and solenoid valve sealing force calculation, as well as flow field simulation calculation data of the internal flow passages of the valve body under hydrogen supply, hydrogen charging and relief operating conditions. The total file size of this dataset is approximately 83 KB.
