This monitor is to track the randomly distributed population of pixels that exhibit anomalous QE variations between anneals. These pixels are characterized by a sensitivity loss that is more pronounced in the blue than in the red. The population of pixels is unique for each anneal cycle and has clustering in the UV range. Internal flats are used to monitor this population in the UV and visible wavelengths.
