Once-Daily versus Thrice-Daily Clindamycin for the Treatment of Septic Abortion: a single-center non-inferiority randomized controlled trial
收藏资源简介:
This anonymized dataset contains the primary individual participant data (IPD) from a single-center, prospective, non-inferiority randomized controlled trial comparing a single-dose daily antimicrobial regimen against a standard thrice-daily regimen in 200 eligible patients. In compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research integrity standards (including the INSPECT-SR framework), all direct patient identifiers have been removed to ensure complete anonymization. The dataset includes baseline demographic characteristics, clinical and laboratory parameters (including leukocyte counts reported in x10ˆ3 cells/µL, intervention allocation arms (Arm A vs. Arm B), protocol adherence tracking, and clinical cure outcomes evaluated under both Intention-to-Treat (ITT) and Per-Protocol (PP) frameworks. In addition to the raw and analytical data files, we provide a Google Colab notebook containing the complete Python code for reproducible statistical analysis, along with a Data Cleaning Log documenting and Results the pre-analysis processing and exclusion of redundant system entries.
