Bamboo steamer (蒸篭)

Chinese bamboo steamer baskets are traditional cooking utensils used for steaming food. The principle is simple. It is simply that steam is used to cook raw ingredients. The cooking process is also super simple. Place the ingredients in a steamer basket and cover with a lid.
