Stroke is a major public health concern with significant socio-economic implications. Understanding the sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of stroke patients is essential for effective prevention, management, and planning of healthcare services. This study aims to assess the socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of stroke patients admitted to a tertiary hospital in Bangladesh. By examining these factors, healthcare professionals and policymakers can gain valuable insights into the profile of stroke patients, identify risk factors, and develop targeted interventions to improve stroke prevention, management, and outcomes.
