CD11b IHC ROIs from mouse cardiac cryosections: border and infarct zone regions from DMSO (Vehicle) treated mice after myocardial infarction

This dataset contains immunohistochemistry (IHC) image ROIs from mouse cardiac cryosections stained with anti-CD11b antibody. ROIs correspond to the border and infarct zones of hearts from vehicle mice treated with DMSO after myocardial infarction (MI). Images were acquired at 10x magnification. ROIs of 600x600 pixels were generated using QuPath and represent a subset of data used in the analysis published in Rettkowski, Romero-Mulero et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2025.
