TGF-β1 is a cytokine of the bone morphogenetic protein–activin family and commonly regarded as the most powerful immunosuppressive cytokine Here, 6 control, 6 cultured with active TGF-β, and 6 cultured with latent TGF-β were enrolled for analysis of the immunological characteristics of NK cells. We want to comprehensively characterize the transcriptional changes in the two groups by transcriptome sequencing.
