The proteome of Phytophthora oleae, isolate VK10A, causative agent of rot of olive drupes was predicted by using the genomic sequence (AUGUSTUS/GeneMark-ES) as described before (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11092245) and de novo mRNA assembly carried out by Trinity and GeneMark. Here, we present the proteome annotation of both genomic CDS and ORF, these latter derived from sense and antisense orientation of de novo mRNA.
