The overall goal of this experiment was to identify transcriptomic changes in HME-hTert cells upon treatment with Paroxetin, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. HME-hTert cells are immortalized normal breast epithelial cells. Compound concentration was 1uM for Paroxetin. Treatment duration was 24 hours, then RNA samples were prepared using Trizol reagent. Bulk-RNA sequencing was performed.
