在规定充放电制度、以及特定的循环次数下,锂离子电池-电芯的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,同时监控高倍率放电下的5秒电压和90秒电压,监控其对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的启动能力,性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。1.数据来源 在规定的循环寿命测试制度下,循环记录卡车起动锂离子电池-电芯1000次的实时容量数据 2.数据处理 2.1实时预警 基于锂离子电池-电芯放电容量,容量保持率和电池高倍率放电得到的5秒电压和30秒电压的性能要求,通过设置监测阀值并实现智能预警,当循环至容量保持率<70%的标称容量时结束循环,或者当高倍率放电的5秒电压低于10V或者90秒电压低于7.2V时结束循环。 当测试结束时,若循环记录1000次中均没有预警,则放电容量取1000次的数据;若循环过程中有预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电容量。 2.2性能衰减变化率 采用以下公式计算锂离子电池-电芯性能参数: (1)放电容量保持率=放电容量/标称容量*100%; (2)容量衰减率=(初始容量-终止容量)/初始容量*100%; (3)容量变化率=(终止容量-放电容量)/终止容量; 3.数据应用 通过分析锂离子电池-电芯的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。

This dataset focuses on the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance under high-rate startup discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of lithium-ion battery cells under specified charging and discharging regimes and specific cycle times. Meanwhile, it monitors the 5-second voltage and 90-second voltage during high-rate discharge, as well as the change rates of their corresponding parameters, to evaluate the startup capability, performance attenuation, battery performance stability and service life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions. 1. Data Source Under the prescribed cycle life test regime, real-time capacity data of truck-startup lithium-ion battery cells are recorded for 1000 cycles. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the performance requirements of lithium-ion battery cells' discharge capacity, discharge capacity retention rate, and 5-second and 30-second voltage obtained from high-rate discharge, intelligent early warning is implemented by setting monitoring thresholds. The cycle test is terminated when the discharge capacity retention rate is less than 70% of the nominal capacity, or when the 5-second voltage of high-rate discharge is lower than 10V or the 90-second voltage is lower than 7.2V. When the test ends, if no early warning is triggered during all 1000 cycles, the discharge capacity data from the 1000th cycle is used; if early warning is triggered during the cycle, the data at the time of early warning is taken as the discharge capacity. 2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate The performance parameters of lithium-ion battery cells are calculated using the following formulas: (1) Discharge capacity retention rate = (discharge capacity / nominal capacity) × 100%; (2) Capacity attenuation rate = [(initial capacity - final capacity) / initial capacity] × 100%; (3) Capacity change rate = (final capacity - discharge capacity) / final capacity; 3. Data Application By analyzing the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation, voltage performance under high-rate startup discharge and the change rates of corresponding parameters of lithium-ion battery cells, this dataset is used to evaluate the performance attenuation, battery performance stability and service life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions.
