AgriLineage-Eval: Frozen Evidence Package for Two-Stage Lineage Validity in Plant-Disease AI Evaluation (v1.4)

This record contains the frozen non-image evidence package supporting the study “AgriLineage-Eval: Two-Stage Lineage Validity in Plant-Disease AI Evaluation.” The package corresponds to final analysis version v1.4. It includes the PlantDoc development-lineage audit outputs, completed blind review decisions, component-aware split verification, protocol-specific external lineage and exposure registries, fixed prediction and metric files, bootstrap results, figure source tables, frozen analysis scripts, and a claim-to-evidence map. The package supports reconstruction of the reported repository-level, exposure-specific, exact-first sequential, and class-matched analyses. Third-party image bytes, representative image-pair sheets, and model checkpoint binaries are not redistributed. Relative paths, labels, SHA-256 digests, accepted relation decisions, and fixed predictions are retained where permitted to support reproducibility by researchers with lawful access to the cited source repositories. No model, dataset, seed, cohort definition, metric definition, or bootstrap rule was added after the v1.4 evidence freeze.
