Database of Italian Pressures (DIPs)

The Database of Italian Pressures (DIP) collects subsurface pressure data acquired from oil and gas well drilling activities. DIP enhances access to information regarding pore pressures and, when available, lithostatic and hydraulic fracturing pressures. It promotes collaboration and advancements in research within both the national and international scientific communities. The primary data, mostly collected from 1:1000 exploration well profiles, can be accessed through the ViDEPI project website (https://www.videpi.com/videpi/progetto.asp). Furthermore, the values herein presented in both image and text formats have undergone thorough verification to ensure the reliability of the original data and the results of subsequent calculations.
