𝘌𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘴 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘣𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘴 chloroplast haplotype data for Potts 𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘭 (2025)

This data record contains chloroplast DNA haplotype clade data used to construct pie diagrams in Figure 4 of Potts 𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘭 (2025)

Specific Cc and Cg haplotypes in each race/subrace/locality are listed and the count indicates the number of trees with haplotypes corresponding to the central (Cc and Cg), southern, and other clades. The Strezlecki Ranges count does not include Phillip Island, which is plotted separately along with Rodondo Island. The three subraces from the northeastern race are plotted separately, and the southern Tasmania race includes five samples from Recherche Bay.
