DHMP

Based on the GMHM system, this paper takes the machine YORNEW Benchtop 5-axis CNC MX220 as an example to generate a DHMP dataset for ASHM process planning. The key parameters of this small machine tool are as follows: the worktable size is 460 mm × 130 mm, and the commonly used tool diameters are 1~5 mm. For the five commonly used tool diameters mentioned above, this paper generates over 20,000 obj format model files, and finally constructs a DHMP dataset for ASHM process planning containing over 100,000 models.  All models in the DHMP dataset are automatically detected by the GMHM system, strictly meeting the geometric feature constraints required for ASHM process planning. The model has diverse forms, uniqueness, and validation value. The dataset is large in scale and highly effective.In order to support ASHM process planning work with different paradigms, this paper uses the VASCO method to randomly select 13000 models from the DHMP dataset for process planning scheme annotation
