2024 Survey Data on the Invasive Plant Solanum rostratum

This study focuses on sample plot survey data collected under varying degrees of Solanum rostratum invasion. The raw data is divided into two parts. The first part pertains to the survey of plant community diversity within each sample plot, with survey indicators including the number of plant species, total plant coverage within the plot, dominant species in the plot, plant names within the plot, and their respective sub-coverages. The second part involves the survey of plant functional diversity within each sample plot, with survey indicators encompassing plant species' height, biomass, average height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, leaf area, leaf texture, fruit type, flowering period, fruiting period, pollination method, seed dispersal mode, and nitrogen-fixation type. Plant community diversity indices and plant functional diversity indices were calculated using relevant formulas, and subsequently, the impact degree index of plant diversity indices was determined. In this context: "Metadata" represents the raw data; "Metadata2" is a table providing specific assignments for indicators such as leaf texture; "The calculation of plant community diversity indices and impact level indices" presents the calculation results of plant community diversity indices and their impact degree indices; and "The calculation of plant functional indices within quadrats" shows the calculation results of plant functional diversity indicators.The calculation formulas in the file are formulas for calculating relevant data.The "Study Area" section in the file contains information about the research area.
