This data collection was done to look to see whether NT- Pro BNP can be used as a prognostic biomarker for elderly patients with heart failure. The data was collection done as random snapshots of each month covering total of 8 months. Verbal consent was taken from patients to publish the data anonymously. Basic demographic date, BNP values , details of Echocardiogram and follow up details were collected.
