A novel 2-iminobenzimidazole compound, XYA1353, displays in vitro and in vivo anti-myeloma activity via targeting NF-κB signaling

To determine the pharmacological mechanism of XYA1353 to MM, RNA-seq was performed to compare gene expression in RPMI-8226 cells treated by compound XYA1353 or not. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RPMI-8226 cells(CON, P17 (XYA1353)).
