Protocol for Agar Dilution Checkerboard Analysis of Fosfomycin-Based Antibiotic Combinations Against Carbapenem-Resistant Escherichia coli

This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data supporting the findings of the study. The dataset includes four Excel files: Antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) results for non-urinary isolates using the Phoenix system. AST results for urine isolates using the Phoenix system. Individual antibiotic minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values from combination studies along with patient demographic data. Fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) indices and interpretation of antibiotic combinations in Escherichia coli isolates. All data were generated during laboratory and analytical procedures conducted within the study. The dataset provides full transparency and reproducibility of the results presented in the manuscript. No data are available upon request, as all raw data are publicly accessible in this repository.
