Dataset of 320 novel T cell receptor (TR) alleles identified from 44 HPRC subjects

These sequences were derived from high-quality genome assemblies provided by the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC). The assemblies represent diverse human genomes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of human genetic diversity. Using the gAIRR Suite (https://github.com/maojanlin/gAIRRsuite), we identified 320 novel T Cell Receptor (TR) alleles from 44 HPRC assemblies. The alleles were categorized into two groups: TRV (T Cell Receptor Variable): stored in the file TRV_novel.fasta. TRJ (T Cell Receptor Joining): stored in the file TRJ_novel.fasta. The assemblies were downloaded from the official HPRC GitHub repository:https://github.com/human-pangenomics/HPP_Year1_Assemblies. This dataset provides valuable resources for exploring T Cell Receptor diversity and its implications in immune function.
