Behaviors characterizing a sustainable food consumption in Denmark 2017

As of 2017, 62 percent of Danes stated in a survey that avoiding household food waste characterizes a more sustainable food consumption. Another popular behavior for a sustainable food consumption was using own shopping bags instead of buying a plastic bags, named by a share of 59 percent of respondents.
