The influence of various combinations of immunosuppressive drugs on the processes of proliferation and apoptosis and the expression of selected aquaporins in the rat testis and epididymis

<p>This data presents the results of research conducted as part of the MINIATURA5 project, entitled “The influence of various combinations of immunosuppressive drugs on the processes of proliferation and apoptosis and the expression of selected aquaporins in the rat testis and epididymis — preliminary studies”, which was funded by the National Science Center in Poland (grant No. DEC-2021/05/X/NZ7/00721).</p><p>This part of the project aimed to determine changes in morphology and the percentage of cells undergoing apoptosis and expressing the proliferation marker Ki-67 protein in the male gonad of rats that had been administered immunosuppressive drugs in various combinations.</p><p>This dataset contains:</p><p>• raw data from the measurement of testis weight;</p><p>• Raw data from morphometric studies;</p><p>• Raw data from the examination of the percentage of Ki67-positive cells.</p><p>• Raw data from the examination of the percentage of TUNEL-positive cells.</p><p> </p><p>The file titled &#34;READ ME.docx&#34; contains all the necessary information regarding the aforementioned data, as well as instructions for viewing it.</p><p><br /></p>
