This dataset contains processed source data supporting the figures and key quantitative claims in the manuscript “Self-Prognostic Electronic Skin for Reliability-Aware Wearable Sensing”. The data package includes figure-level source data, metadata, a data dictionary, and SHA-256 checksums. The study reports an Autonomous Intelligent Detection E-skin (AIDE) platform that integrates piezoelectric and triboelectric transduction for concurrent body-state sensing and sensor-health assessment, including accelerated lifecycle testing, remaining useful lifetime prediction, and wearable daily-use validation.
