资源简介:
We studied the larval growth of three wild populations (AT = Atlantic, WM = West Mediterranean and EM = Est Mediterranean) of European seabass in three thermal regimes (rAT = Atlantic regime, rWM = West Mediterranean regime and rEM = Est Mediterranean regime) since the hatching until an average weight of 1.5 g. These three thermal regimes aimed to mimic the natural temperature curves of the three populations. The aims of this study are to understand and model the robustness of European seabass in the context of global warming., , , # Data from: Do European seabass larvae grow better in their natural temperature regime?

## Description of the data and file structure
### File: dta\_*design\_expe\_temperature\_v2*.txt
This file contains the temperature data of the desired and realized temperature curves for the three thermal regimes since 0 day post-hatching (dph) until the end of the experiment for each thermal regime.
column descriptor:
1. Dph = day post-hatching
2. Type_env = thermal regime desired (rAT, rWM, rEM, rAQUA) et realized (rAT_real, rWM_real, rEM_real, rAQUA_real)
3. Temperature = Daily temperature (°C)
### File: dta\_*growth\_paper\_dph20*\_v2.txt
This file contains the body length of the three populations of larvae reared, separated between 0 dph and 20 dph. The lengths were measured just before the transfer of the fish in the three thermal regimes at 20 dph.
column descriptor:
1. dph = day post-hatching
2. Ro...
