Subject QA013 antibody sequencing

Kenyan adult female subject QA013 was HIV infected with a clade D strain and became superinfected with a clade A strain approximately 8-12 months following initial infection. Thereafter, she developed a broadly-neutralizing antibody response. This study sequenced the variable regions of QA013's immunoglobulin genes (IgG, IgM, IgK, and IgL) at four timepoints: 379 days pre-infection, 351 days pre-infection, 385 days post-initial-infection, and 765 days post-initial-infection.
