We investigated the effect of constricted migration (using transwell assays with 5-µm or 12-µm in diameter) on the organization of the 3D genome in melanoma cells. Overall design: ATAC-Seq was performed to investigate chromatin accessibility state. This experiment was performed on Control, Top-5 and Bottom-5 cells and only one biological replicates was performed for each condition.
