Fudan: HsDOR level 0 sequencing file
收藏资源简介:
This part is for one of our collections-Grape Yeast. It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al., 2025) . HsDOR is a human GPCR, used by Bean et al. (2022) . It can receive signals from extracellular ligands such as alpha-Enk or SNC80 on the cell membrane, and by binding to the intracellular ligand Gpa1, it facilitates intracellular signal transduction. There are more details on our Design page.In this dataset, we provided the ab1 sequencing result and genbank file with features of this level 0. Lee, M. E., DeLoache, W.
