Images from a Level 2 Descriptive Buildings Record at Hepworth House, North Road East, Plymouth, Devon, June 2025

This collection comprises images from historic building record works at Hepworth House, North Road East, Plymouth, Devon. The works were conducted by AC Archaeology in June 2025. The historic building recording work occurred following a soft-strip of the interior, prior to the main demolition works commencing at the site. The works aimed to record any architectural features that were obscured at the time of a previous architectural appraisal of the building. Following the soft strip of the building the extent of the late-20th century alterations was exposed, and the loft was shown to have been converted into third floor accommodation in the first half of the 20th century. No primary fireplace fittings were exposed; however, areas of cornice and wallpaper remained in three of the town houses.
