Effects of management practices on bacterial community

Three fertilization treatments were as follows: no fertilizer (NoF), mineral fertilizer (MF), chemical fertilizer combined with straw (MFS). The cropping system was continuous maize cropping (C) and soybean-maize rotation (R). The number of each treatment as follows: CNoF (ZH3_1, ZH3_2, ZH3_3); RNoF (ZH4_1, ZH4_2, ZH4_3); RMF (ZH1_1, ZH1_2, ZH1_3); CMF (ZH2_1, ZH2_2, ZH2_3); CMFS (ZH6_1, ZH6_2, ZH6_3); RMFS (ZH5_1, ZH5_2, ZH5_3).
