资源简介:
Twenty-four adult male Long-Evans rats received 12 ultraosnic vocalization (USV) recording sessions and 12 sucrose preference (SP) test sessions in Phase 1 and 6 USV recording sessions in Phase 2 of the experiment. USV recording sessions were of 20 minutes duration. In the dataset, 22-kHz calls (i.e., 20 – 25 kHz) were treated as a single type, and 50-kHz calls (i.e., 25 – 95 kHz) were categorized according to our previously-published 14-subtype scheme. Sucrose preference test sessions were 1 hour in duration, and consisted of two-bottle simultaneous choice between 0.3% sucrose solution vs. tap water.
