Galactic Macro-Vortices and Vacuum Elasticity: Solving the Galaxy Rotation Problem and Bullet Cluster Discrepancy via the Theory of Stationary Light (TSL)

Repository: Zenodo Open Science Repository Date: July 2026 Abstract On a cosmological scale, the Standard Model relies on hypothetical cold dark matter (CDM) halos to explain flat galactic rotation curves and the separation of mass during cluster collisions such as the Bullet Cluster. In this paper, we extend the Theory of Stationary Light (TSL) and the Universal Vortex & Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH) to macro-scale galactic systems. By modeling spiral galaxies as macro-toroidal vortices (macro-traps) operating within a substantive, high-density light field, we derive a macroscopic Galactic System Rule. We demonstrate that "dark matter" phenomena are the direct manifestation of Vacuum Tension (T) and centripetal vacuum pressure, eliminating the need for invisible particle halos and unifying subatomic mechanics with cosmic structure into a single fractal framework.
