Dalbergia cochinchinensis mother-offspring genotypes

SSR genotypes (9 loci) from Dalbergia cochinchinensis mother trees and greenhouse germinated seedlings. Samples and seeds from mother trees were collected from two populations in Cambodia.
Data from NOY population includes 16 families (mother+offspring) and the SPEU population 11 families (mother+offspring). Data is in the format used by the MLTR software (Ritland, 2002), where the genotype for the mother tree is marked by an "!" and then followed by the genotypes from all her offspring.
