The 26Al/27Al ratios irradiated by 13.6-14.9 MeV neutron were measured by 1 MV and 3 MV AMS. 12 cross section of 27Al(n,2n)26Al reaction were obtained. TALYS and EMPIRE codes were used to calculated the cross section of 27Al(n,2n)26Al reaction at 13.5-20 MeV neutron energy regions.
