ORNL 5wk Hr(n)/+ mice skin array

This array is spotted in house in order to survey the interested genes expressed mainly in skin with the selection of the clones from Research Genetics. Keywords: Genetic Mutant 5 week-old heterozygous Hr(n) mutant mice vs wild-type mice was used in the microarray. Four biological replicates were included from the same litter. Dye swapping was done to control dye-specific errors. The data was analyzed with ImaGene and GeneSight from BioDiscovery.本实验室自主点制基因芯片（microarray），旨在筛查Research Genetics公司提供的克隆中主要在皮肤组织中表达的目的基因。关键词：本基因芯片实验以5周龄杂合Hr(n)突变型小鼠与野生型小鼠为实验对象，每组设置4个源自同窝小鼠的生物学重复，并通过染料互换实验控制染料特异性偏差。实验数据采用BioDiscovery公司的ImaGene与GeneSight软件完成分析。
