This Zenodo repository contains the processed Seurat objects for "SYSTEMS LEVEL IDENTIFICATION OF A MATRISOME-ASSOCIATED MACROPHAGE POLARIZATION STATE IN MULTI-ORGAN FIBROSIS".
The Seurat objects include:
Tissue-specific monocytes / macrophages (used in Figure 1,3,4)
endo.rds: Endometrium monocytes / macrophages
heart.rds: Heart monocytes / macrophages
kidney.rds: Kidney monocytes / macrophages
liver.rds: Liver monocytes / macrophages
lung.rds: Lung monocytes / macrophages
skin.rds: Skin monocytes / macrophages
SPP1 macrophages across all six tissues (used in Figure 2,3,4,5)
