Serplulimab combined with chemotherapy for neoadjuvant treatment of resectable oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma

This study seeks to investigate the efficacy and safety of Serplulimab in combination with chemotherapy as a neoadjuvant treatment for stage II-IVA operable oesophageal squmaous cell carcinoma.The findings aim to contribute additional clinical evidence to the field of neoadjuvant therapy for oesophageal squmous cell carcrinoma and aid in the development of novel treatment strategies.Patients who achievedpathological complete response (PCR) at both the primary tumour site and the lymph nodes were assigned to the PCR group, whereas the other patients were assigned to the non-PCR group. Imaging mass cytometry was employed to compare the heterogeneity of the tumour microenvironment between non-PCR and PCR patients.
