Primary cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCL) are characterized by high relapse rates to initially highly effective therapies. Combination therapies have been shown to be beneficial. Translational in vitro experiments reveal a synergistic effect of combination therapies in CTCL cells. Relevant mechanisms of this synergistic effect and molecular players were revealed via sequencing experiments.
