OAOB

A database of osteoarthritis omics and molecular biomarkers forclinical practice. A total of 2,405 OA marker genes which have beenidentified from different joints were collected (details see Releasenote).The 2,405 OA marker genes have diverse evidences, such as167 by GWAS, 899 by DEG analysis based on transcriptomic (bulkRNA，65 were further experimentally validated) and 1,212 by DMRanalysis (56 further validated).面向临床应用的骨关节炎组学与分子生物标志物数据库。本数据库共收集了从不同关节中鉴定得到的2405个骨关节炎标志物基因，详细信息请参见发布说明。这2405个骨关节炎标志物基因拥有多维度验证证据：其中167个来自全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS），899个基于转录组（批量RNA）的差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Gene, DEG）分析得到（其中65个已通过进一步实验验证），另有1212个来自差异甲基化区域（Differentially Methylated Region, DMR）分析（其中56个已完成实验验证）。
