Single Cell RNA sequence of clinical breast cancer stem-like cells

It has been wildly known that tumors have heterogeneity in many layers. One of the layers to sub-group tumor cells is stemness. Tumors can be subdivided into non-cancer stem-like cells and cancer stem-like cells. Among non-cancer stem-like cells, there is also heterogeneity. Since the number of cancer stem-like cells is very few in tumors, it was difficult to examine whether there are also heterogeneity in the cancer-stem like cells. In addition, if there is a heterogeneity, whether subgroups have hierarchy or not, the way by which they interact to each other, etc are still unknown. In order to examine these questions, here we did Single Cell RNA sequence of clinical breast cancer stem-like cells.
